Richard has extensive experience of construction works on residential, education, office fitout, retail and general building works.
He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, CEDR Accredited Mediator, a Registered Arbitrator on CEDR and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators panels. He also regularly carry out consumer adjudications for CEDR on its RICS and Home Building and Residential schemes.
He is a Tutor for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) on its pathway modules and is the former Chair of the CIArb Northwest Branch.
He provides quantity surveying, commercial and contractual advice to employers, contractors, specialist sub-contractors, solicitors, tribunals and domestic clients on a wide range of issues.
